Terms of Service

By accessing or using TCC Market Growth (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TCC Market Growth is a private marketing-automation tool used by TCC Cricket Academy (operated under The Calcutta Champions) to manage the business's own marketing. With the owner's authorization it reads the business's own data from connected platforms (Google Business Profile, Meta / Facebook & Instagram, and WhatsApp) and publishes the business's own content on its behalf, and it uses third-party AI providers to help generate that content.

The Service is intended solely for the authorized operator of the connected business accounts. By using it, you represent that you are authorized to operate the business and to connect and manage the accounts you link to it.

You agree that you will:

• Only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• Comply with the platform terms of Google, Meta, and WhatsApp, and with all applicable laws when using the Service.
• Not use the Service to send unsolicited messages or otherwise misuse the connected platforms.

You are responsible for the content you review, approve, schedule, and publish through the Service, including AI-generated drafts. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies; you should review it before it is published.

The Service depends on third-party platforms and providers, including Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Supabase, Cloudflare, and AI providers. Your use of those platforms through the Service is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, changes, or actions of those third parties.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCC Market Growth and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect any integration from the app's Integrations page. We may suspend or terminate access if the Service is misused or if required to protect the Service or comply with applicable platform terms or law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
