Who we are & contact
TCC Market Growth is a private marketing-automation tool used by TCC Cricket Academy (operated under The Calcutta Champions), a cricket academy in Bonhoogly / Dunlop, North Kolkata, India. The tool is operated by the business owner to manage the business's own marketing. It is not a consumer product offered to the general public.
For any question about this policy or your data, contact the data controller at thecalcuttachampions@gmail.com.
Scope
This policy explains what data TCC Market Growth accesses, why it is accessed, how it is stored and shared with sub-processors, and the choices available to the business owner who operates the tool.
The tool acts on behalf of a single business. With the owner's explicit authorization it reads that business's own data and publishes that business's own content. It does not collect data about members of the public beyond what the connected business accounts already hold.
Information we access and why
All access is granted by the business owner through each platform's standard OAuth (or API) authorization. We access only what is needed to provide the marketing features:
- Google Business Profile — the business's own profile: business information, customer reviews, and performance insights. Used to show the business's local visibility, help draft and publish review replies, and report on performance.
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — the business's own Pages and accounts: posts, insights, and audience demographics. Used to publish the business's content and report on reach and engagement.
- WhatsApp — the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, used only for opt-in messaging to the business's own customers.
In short, the tool reads the business's own data and publishes the business's own content on its behalf.
Google API Services User Data — Limited Use
TCC Market Growth's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data obtained from Google APIs is used solely to provide the marketing features described above to the account owner. It is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train generalized or third-party AI models.
How data is stored & sub-processors
Business data and OAuth tokens are stored server-side. We rely on the following sub-processors:
- Supabase — Postgres database and file storage, where business data and OAuth tokens are stored server-side.
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and edge delivery of the application.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored securely server-side and are never exposed to browsers.
AI processing
To generate marketing content, the tool sends the relevant business content and context to third-party AI providers (for example Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, and Cloudflare Workers AI). This data is used to produce the requested output for the business and is not used by us to train generalized AI models.
Data retention
Business data and tokens are retained while the relevant integration remains connected and the account is in use. When an integration is disconnected, the associated access is revoked. Stored data can be deleted on request (see below).
Security
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser. Access to the stored data is limited to the operator of the tool.
Your choices & how to revoke access / request deletion
The business owner can, at any time:
- Disconnect any integration from the app's Integrations page, which revokes the tool's access to that platform.
- Revoke the app's access to Google from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Request deletion of stored data by emailing thecalcuttachampions@gmail.com.
Children
The service is a business tool and is not directed at children. It is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13/18 as applicable.
International note
The sub-processors named above (Supabase, Cloudflare, and the AI providers) may process data on infrastructure located outside India. By using the tool, the business owner authorizes such processing for the purposes described in this policy.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
